As a Site Administrative Assistant, you will provide dependable administrative, operational, and logistical support to help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of site-based teams. This role supports floor, department, and site needs through coordination of communications, meetings, records, supplies, site activities, and general administrative processes. Responsibilities may include preparing and formatting reports, agendas, correspondence, and other business documents; maintaining files, records, and system data; supporting routine purchases within established guidelines; coordinating site logistics, travel, catering, and team activities; and ensuring incoming requests are routed and followed up on appropriately. This position also supports the responsible use of Micron-approved AI tools through assigned learning goals and practical workflow integration. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with team members, leaders, administrative peers, and cross-functional partners across Micron sites.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, timely floor, site, and department admin support.
- Manage supplies, equipment, vendors, mail, packages, and routine requests.
- Coordinate site logistics, events, meetings, catering, trainings, and SharePoint updates.
- Support corporate/site activities through scheduling, logistics, and communications.
- Prepare polished correspondence, reports, presentations, and team communications.
- Communicate professionally with leaders, executives, teams, admins, and global partners.
- Manage confidential items, priority follow-up, and cross-site liaison support.
- Support onboarding, training, mentorship, AI adoption, TPG initiatives, executive support, travel, expenses, and projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of current experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining a high on-time completion rate for assigned tasks
- Proficiency in complex and multi-calendar management, booking domestic and international travel, and working across global time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for discrepancies and clarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Demonstrated commitment to artificial intelligence proficiency by completing Micron-assigned AI learning, using only Micron-approved AI tools, maintaining human oversight, and applying responsible AI practices in daily workflow improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual Proficiency: Spanish/English
