As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people develop life skills, confidence, and emotional resilience. Your Role as a Support WorkerYou’ll be part of a dedicated, hands-on team supporting individuals with a range of complex needs such as Autism, Learning disabilities, Mental health conditions, & Challenging behaviour. To help the individual live safely and independently in their own homes. Your work will make a direct and lasting impact. Responsibilities include:Supporting individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgetingEncouraging independence and building confidence through meaningful activities and community accessBeing a calm, reliable presence during difficult times, offering emotional reassurance and structurePromoting routines and relationships that help people feel safe, respected, and includedMonitoring and recording progress, recognising and celebrating small wins every dayWorking regular 12-hour shifts — including waking nights — to provide consistent and high-quality careWhat We’re Looking ForA Full UK driving licenceA minimum of one year’s experience working in care or support (desirable)Compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligenceConfidence working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challengeBasic IT skills for communication and record-keepingA team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred careWhy Join Komplex Community?We value and invest in every member of our team.
