Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Vale of Glamorgan to assist with the appointment of a Maintenance Officer, on a 6-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £123.50 - £162.85 per day
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer (Painter & Decorator) to join a busy and established team. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality internal and external painting and decorating works across residential properties while delivering excellent customer service to tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works
- Deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance to residential properties
- Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in occupied homes
Essentials:
- Fully qualified Painter & Decorator
- Proven experience in internal and external painting
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a respectful approach when working in tenants' homes
