3rd Shift Production Team – Forklift, Machine Operators & Batch Processors – Rockford, OH

Location: 150 Hickory St., Rockford, OH 45882

We're hiring for MULTIPLE 3rd shift roles:

• Forklift Operators
• Machine Operators
• Batch Processors (Cooks)

What you'll do:

• Forklift/Machine Operators: safely move materials, run production equipment, and keep the line flowing all night long
• Batch Processors (Cooks): follow recipes and process specs to cook and prepare our signature ketchup, sauces, and more — precision matters!
• Monitor quality throughout the shift
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and running smoothly
• Work alongside a night crew that's got your back

What we're looking for:

• Dependable, self-starters who thrive overnight
• Experience with forklifts, machinery, or batch/cook processes a plus (we train!)
• Attention to detail — especially for our Batch Processors
• Ability to lift, stand, and stay focused through the shift
