About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s endless skyline. Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Kuala Lumpur’s thriving business and financial district. The latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city’s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Guest Experience Officer (Lobby Ambassador)

The Guest Experience Officer (Lobby Ambassador) creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests in the lobby area.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are required. Excellent communication skills are essential. Physical by nature this position requires standing for 8 hours per shift. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome and creating a positive first impression upon arrival.

• Engage with guests in the lobby and public areas, providing personalized assistance and anticipating their needs.

• Escort guests to appropriate hotel outlets, meeting venues, guest rooms, or other facilities as required.

• Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, dining options, facilities, events, local attractions, and transportation arrangements.

• Assist guests with reservations, directions, and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Monitor lobby activity and maintain a visible presence to proactively assist guests and address concerns.

• Recognize VIPs, returning guests, and special occasions, ensuring personalized service and appropriate follow-up.

• Support guest recovery efforts by responding promptly to service issues and escalating concerns when necessary.

• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of the lobby and public areas by coordinating with relevant departments.

• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, group movements, and special events as required.

• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate relevant information to management and operational teams.

• Uphold Four Seasons service standards, brand values, and luxury hospitality expectations at all times.

What You Bring: 

• Poses an affinity for guest service.

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Certificate in related discipline.

• Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands and needs.

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia.

• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
