Role Summary
The Chauffeur is responsible for transporting company executives or designated staff to and from office locations, business meetings, site visits, and personal appointments as instructed. The role ensures that the vehicle is in optimal working condition, including cleanliness, scheduled maintenance, and necessary inspections. This position also manages vehicle-related records such as mileage logs, servicing schedules, and fuel receipts. The Chauffeur must exercise high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and safety awareness at all times.

- Safe & Punctual Transportation – Ensures all trips are executed with timeliness, care, and safety.
- Vehicle Condition Upkeep – Maintains cleanliness, serviceability, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
- Professional Conduct – Demonstrates courteous, respectful, and discreet behavior at all times.
- Accurate Record Keeping – Maintains logs for mileage, maintenance, fuel usage, and assigned schedules.
- Support to Administrative Functions – Provides additional support in errands or minor logistical assistance when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation Duties
- Drive assigned personnel to and from designated locations safely and on time.
- Plan routes and estimate travel times using GPS or traffic applications.
- Maintain awareness of road conditions and make adjustments to ensure timely arrivals.
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks including oil, tire pressure, brakes, and lights.
- Schedule and monitor regular servicing, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the vehicle at all times.
- Record Management
- Log daily mileage, trip details, and fuel consumption.
- Keep accurate records of service history and report potential mechanical issues.
- Submit travel and fuel claims in accordance with company procedures.
- Confidentiality & Conduct
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding passenger information and company matters.
- Uphold a neat personal appearance and courteous behavior.
- Respect cultural and organizational norms, especially in presence of senior leadership.
- Support Activities
- Assist with the delivery of parcels or company documents when necessary.
- Coordinate minor errands related to office administration.
- Support logistics for official events and engagements when instructed.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
- Minimum Primary/Secondary School Certificate (SPM or equivalent).
- Additional defensive driving or chauffeur training certifications are an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Clean driving record with valid Class D or E license.
- Experience transporting senior executives or VIPs is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with local routes, office locations, and state-level traffic regulations.
- Exposure to the property development industry or corporate settings is a plus.
