一、岗位职责 / Responsibilities
搭建、优化设备安装现场EHS管理制度与作业标准,推进安全管理体系在各项目落地执行。
Establishing and optimizing EHS management systems and operation standards for equipment installation sites, and promote the implementation of safety systems in all field projects.
开展SID团队在客户现场安全观察,推行正向安全激励,纠正不安全行为,提升团队安全意识。 负责SID团队组织开展EHS知识分享活动,普及安全、环保、职业健康专业知识,提升全员EHS合规意识与实操能力。
Organize weekly EHS knowledge sharing activities to popularize professional knowledge of safety, environmental protection and occupational health, and improve all employees’ EHS compliance awareness and practical capabilities. 负责SID团队岗位安全风险评估(JSA)工作,负责方案策划、组织部署、落地实施、复盘优化全流程,建立完善的岗位风险管控体系。
Coordinate the plant-wide Job Safety Analysis (JSA), responsible for the whole process of scheme planning, organization, implementation and optimization, and establish a sound post risk control system. 负责SID团队高风险作业全流程管控,涵盖高处作业、动火作业、带电作业、防滑倒、绊倒、坠落等高危场景管理,包括相关管理制度、作业许可证的修订更新、作业人员专项安全培训、现场作业全程监督等。统筹工厂整体安全管理工作,落实机械安全防护、上锁挂牌(LOTO)、化学品仓储及使用安全、手工具安全、通用设备安全、岗位风险辨识评估等核心安全管理事务。
Manage the whole process of high-risk operations in the plant, including working at heights, hot work, live line work, and prevention of slips, trips and falls, including the revision and update of relevant management systems and operation permits, special safety training for operators, and full-process on-site operation supervision. Oversee overall plant safety management, including mechanical safety protection, lockout/tagout (LOTO), chemical storage and usage safety, hand tool safety, general equipment safety, and post risk identification and assessment.
Carry out safety observation tours, implement positive safety incentives and correct unsafe behaviors to raise team safety awareness.
落实SID团队隐患排查、整改、复查全闭环管理。参与SID团队事故初步调查,收集现场证据,撰写中英文事故报告,分析直接 / 根本原因并制定纠正预防措施
Implement full closed-loop management of hazard investigation, rectification and review.
Participate in SID incident investigation, collect site evidence, draft Chinese & English incident reports, analyze root causes and formulate corrective & preventive actions.
完成公司及上级领导交办的其他EHS相关工作。
Complete other EHS-related tasks assigned by the company and superiors.
二、任职要求 / Requirements
安全工程、机械、机电类相关专业背景;持有国家注册安全工程证优先。
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related majors. National Registered Safety Engineer qualification preferred.
拥有8 年及以上大型设备生产、安装项目全流程 EHS 管理工作经验,熟练掌握现场危险源辨识、工伤应急处置、安全隐患闭环整改及 EHS 管理体系落地推行工作.
At least 8 years comprehensive EHS management experience covering manufacturing plants of complete large-scale equipment and installation projects. Proficient in on-site hazard identification, work injury emergency handling, hazard rectification & closure, and implementation of EHS management systems.
熟悉安全法规、行业规范,具备极强的现场风险预判、应急处置及问题解决能力;具备优秀的沟通协调、团队管理及统筹规划能力。
Familiar with safety laws and regulations, industry specifications. Possess strong on-site risk prediction, emergency disposal and problem-solving capabilities, as well as excellent communication, coordination, team management and overall planning abilities.
英语听说读写流利,能够独立编制英文 EHS 事故报告、安全作业规程;
Fluent in oral and written English. Able to independently compile English EHS incident reports and safety work procedures, and communicate smoothly with foreigners.
可根据项目安排常态化出差。
Able to take regular business trips as per project requirements.
