Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations Provide clear, consistent communication on project status, milestones, risks, and changes to stakeholders and leadership Adaptability Strong leadership presence and influence Change management Innovative and strategic thinking Effective communication Data-driven decision maker Ability to influence at all levels Bachelor's degree preferred (project management certification or equivalent experience considered) Project management experience in cross-functional environments, preferably DSD, warehouse operations, capital projects or construction Ability to travel minimum 50% with extended onsite project support as required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with experience in Microsoft Project scheduling tools Ability to work full days on a shop floor or field sales-based environment.
