Description
The Enterprise/Data Systems Manager manages the College's enterprise data environment by overseeing the administration, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise data systems, reporting platforms, and data infrastructure. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the position collaborates with departments to ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and reliable access to information that supports institutional planning, student success, compliance, accreditation, and informed decision-making.

Salary & Benefits:
- Anticipated Hiring Range: $68,530 - $84,977/annual - depending on education and experience
- Cafeteria Plan: In addition to the base compensation, benefits-eligible employees receive an extra $6,720 per year to put toward benefit costs or to be used as additional take-home pay
- Paid Holidays: 21 (including a full week off between Christmas and New Year’s Day and over Spring Break)
- Vacation & Sick Leave: Approximately 17 paid vacation days & 9 paid sick leave days accrued annually

- Coordinate the daily operation and support of the College’s enterprise analytics and reporting environments, including data warehouse and dashboard systems.
- Manage enterprise data integrations and workflows between institutional systems, including ERP/SIS platforms, CRM systems, financial systems, learning technologies, and third-party applications.
- Monitor data refresh schedules, system processes, integrations, and operational performance to ensure reliability and continuity of institutional reporting systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise data system issues in coordination with Information Technology Services staff, vendors, and external partners.
- Support the operational deployment and maintenance of institutional dashboards, recuring reports, and enterprise analytics tools.
- Coordinate data validation and quality assurance processes to improve institutional trust in operational reporting and analytics.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of standardized institutional metrics, definitions, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the College to improve access to actionable operational and student success data.
- Support institutional data governance efforts through documentation, workflow coordination, and operational process improvement.
- Assist with the maintenance of institutional data definitions, reporting standards, metadata documentation, and data dictionaries.
- Help facilitate cross-functional coordination related to enterprise reporting and institutional data operations.
- Participate in institutional initiatives related to accreditation, assessment, strategic planning, enrollment management, student success, and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate enterprise data and reporting projects under the direction of the CIO.
- Assist with implementation and optimization of enterprise analytics and reporting platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, automation, reporting efficiency, and system integration processes.
- Help establish sustainable operational processes that reduce duplication, improve consistency, and enhance institutional effectiveness.
- Provide training and operational support for institutional reporting systems and dashboards.
- Assist departments in understanding institutional reporting tools, processes, and data resources.
- Promote a culture of responsible data usage and data-informed decision-making across the institution.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems operations and data integration concepts.
- Ability to coordinate complex operational workflows involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze operational problems and implement sustainable solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise systems, data systems, analytics platforms, reporting operations, or institutional data environments.
- Experience working with enterprise systems and data integration(s).
- Experience supporting reporting platforms, dashboards, or business intelligence environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Commitment to collaboration, customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in higher education.
- Experience supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) or student information systems (SIS), preferably Ellucian Banner.
- Experience with enterprise analytics platforms, data warehouses, or business intelligence systems such as Edify, Power BI, Tableau, Argos, or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL, data integration tools, APIs, or enterprise reporting environments.
- Experience supporting institutional reporting, enrollment management, student success initiatives, accreditation, or institutional effectiveness efforts.
- Experience with project coordination or operational process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of data governance principles and data quality management practices.
