The Role

As a Senior Business Manager, you will play a critical role in building and strengthening trusted client relationships while driving the successful delivery of integrated marketing, brand and customer experience programs.

You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping identify opportunities, shape solutions and connect creative excellence with business outcomes. Working closely with strategy, creative, production and broader Accenture Song teams, you will ensure work is delivered to the highest standards while supporting account growth and long-term client success.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong commercial acumen, leadership capability and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership & Account Leadership

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

  • Understand client business objectives, challenges and growth priorities.

  • Lead day-to-day account management and act as a strategic partner across multiple projects and workstreams.

  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships and grow Droga5's footprint within client accounts.

  • Provide proactive counsel and thought leadership to help clients navigate changing market conditions and customer expectations.

Strategic & Commercial Management

  • Partner with strategy, creative and experience teams to shape integrated solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Support revenue growth through identification of new opportunities and contribution to business development activities.

  • Manage account profitability, project forecasting, budgeting and financial performance.

  • Develop scopes of work, commercial proposals and statements of work.

Project & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional work on time, on budget and to a high standard.

  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, creative ambition and delivery realities.

  • Oversee project planning, governance, risk management and quality assurance.

  • Drive operational excellence across all stages of project delivery.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

  • Mentor and develop junior business management talent.

  • Facilitate effective communication across strategy, creative, production, technology and client teams.

  • Champion a culture of creativity, innovation and accountability.

Growth & Innovation

  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, customer experience innovations and market developments.

  • Bring proactive ideas and opportunities to clients.

  • Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, award submissions and capability development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience

  • Significant experience in account management, client services, business management or consulting within an agency, creative, marketing, digital or professional services environment.

  • Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships and complex stakeholder environments.

  • Experience leading integrated campaigns, brand programs or customer experience initiatives.

  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery.
