Our exceptional Front Office Team Member will be responsible for
- Creating a fantastic guest experience for every patient
- Scheduling appointments efficiently
- Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
- Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Checking patients in and out smoothly
- Helping keep the schedule full and organized
- Supporting the team in delivering excellent patient care
Desired Skills
- Ability to provide outstanding, personalized customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of dental front office experience required
- Dentrix experience required
- Experience with Sunbit, Care Credit, Weave, Pearl, Microsoft Word, and Excel is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
