あなたのチャンス、あなたのチーム

• Demand Planning Analyst (JP)は、QVC Internationalをサポートし、QVCJapanにおけるコンタクトセンター運営を支える重要なポジションです。売上計画、番組編成、商品情報、過去データなどをもとに、コールセンターの入電予測を作成するポジションです。予測結果はオペレーター配置や外部委託計画の基礎となるため、高い精度と論理的な説明力が求められます。

勤務場所

• このポジションはハイブリッドであり、週に2日幕張オフィスでの勤務が必要です（出社日は事前に決められており、会社全体で統一されています）

仕事内容

• 年間・月次レベルのコール予測（Budget／Outlook Forecast）の作成

• 1～2か月先のコール予測（Initial Forecast）の作成

• 放映直前の最終コール予測（Final Forecast）の作成

• 過去の番組・商品・販売実績データの分析

• 予測精度の検証、改善提案

• 関係部署への予測根拠の説明

• PythonやAI等を活用した予測モデル・システムの高度化推進

応募資格

• 需要予測、売上予測、コール予測などの分析経験

• データに基づき論理的に考え、判断根拠を説明できる方

• Excelを用いたデータ分析経験

• 新しいツールやテクノロジーへの学習意欲

• 不確実な要素を加味しながら合理的な予測を立てられる方

歓迎条件

• Python、SAS、Rなどを用いた分析経験 

• 統計学の基礎知識（回帰分析、時系列分析、機械学習等） 

• AI・生成AIの活用経験 

• コンタクトセンターやWFM領域での経験 

• 予測アルゴリズムの構築・改善経験 

• SQLを用いたデータ分析経験
