Miscellaneous Metals Fabrication Supervisor
Location: Hanover, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Starting Pay: From $35.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Miscellaneous Metals Fabrication Supervisor to lead daily shop operations in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This position is responsible for overseeing production, supervising shop employees, coordinating workflow, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Working closely with operations leadership, this role helps maintain production schedules, improve shop performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
