Smokey Hills Outdoor Store is looking for a motivated, dependable Sales Representative to join our team.We are a full-service outdoor retailer specializing in hunting, fishing, camping, firearms, ammunition, and outdoor gear. Our team takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for every customer who walks through our doors.ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service throughout the storeAssist customers with product selection and answer questions across all departmentsSell firearms and accurately complete all required federal and state paperwork while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and store policiesOperate the cash register and accurately process customer transactionsStock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain attractive displaysKeep the store clean, organized, and well maintainedPrepare and ship orders for our growing e-commerce businessReceive, organize, and stock incoming inventoryAssist with merchandising and overall store presentationSupport teammates wherever needed to help the store operate efficientlyQualificationsPassion for hunting, fishing, camping, shooting sports, or the outdoor lifestyleClean background check requiredAbility to legally handle and sell firearms in accordance with all applicable lawsStrong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitudeExcellent communication and customer service skillsDependable, self-motivated, and willing to learnBasic computer skillsAbility to lift at least 50 poundsWeekend availability required as part of a rotating scheduleStore HoursMonday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
