Job Summary
The Membership & Outreach Coordinator supports Delmarva Public Media's membership, fundraising, donor stewardship, and community engagement efforts. In collaboration with the Membership and Marketing Manager, this position coordinates donation processing, donor database management, membership communications, fundraising support, event coordination, and outreach initiatives that strengthen audience engagement and revenue generation. The role also serves as a key point of contact for donors and listeners, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate administrative operations.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of experience in communications, financial administrative tasks, customer relations and/or relationship management platforms.
- Proficiency with a variety of systems and tools including CRM's, Microsoft Office and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact); Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in nonprofit fundraising, public media, higher education, or membership-based organizations.
- Experience coordinating events, volunteer activities, or community outreach initiatives.
- Familiarity with fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship practices, and audience engagement strategies.
Additional Job Information:
The position is a Contingent II, full-time, non-exempt position.
