POSITION SUMMARY:
The Car Wash Attendant brings premium customer service and knowledge about the Shiny Shell product to all members and customers that visit the site.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring safety of customers and co-workers as a top priority at all times
- Loading cars onto the conveyer belt for tunnel washing
- Greeting customers at the window, offering product information and selling washes and memberships
- Monitoring vacuum lot to ensure customers have all cleaning tools necessary
- Recycling towels, replacing empty surface cleaners, and helping in the lot where possible
- Understanding basic operations and equipment of car wash
- Ensuring a premium experience for all customers, members, and co-workers
PREREQUISITES:
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solver
- Self-starter
Requirements
Must be able to work weekday nights and weekends.
