As one segment of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Corporate Finance business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:
Support origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates in Asia
Due diligence of clients and markets
Modelling and financial analysis
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Your skills and experience:
Strong track record in execution of Investment Banking deals in Asia
Ability to model and prepare financial analysis
Ability to lead key workstreams on transactions with some guidance from seniors
Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics across Asia
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
Strong communication skills and able to articulate to clients
