Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Brings deep understanding of therapeutic areas in scope, evolving treatment landscape and relevant stakeholder needs incl. digital technology uptake in medical community.
Acts as part of the extended cross-functional brand teams, to provide medical expertise on development of relevant digital content plan in line with global therapeutic area strategy.
Supports development of digital tactics for therapeutic areas and products in line with global brand strategy, and relevant Sandoz processes and procedures.
Works hand in hand with Global and Regional Medical Affairs to align on digital tactics for medical strategies in therapeutic areas in scope.
Understands principles of digital communication to ensure medically accurate and compliant flow between interdependent digital assets.
Drives medical digital projects and supports development of brand agnostic educational digital assets.
Seamlessly collaborates across functions and organizations at Global, Regional and Local level; continuously aligns with partner functions such as Medical Affairs, Global Digital Hub, Compliance and Legal.
Manages risk to assure Sandoz digital activities are conducted with the highest standards of ethics & compliance and according to internal & external legal / regulatory requirements.
Consults partner functions in Global Customer Engagement on case-by-case basis where medical input is necessary.
Member of the Omnichannel Operations team.
Our Requirements:
MD, PharmD or MSc in medical and related sciences is required.
At least 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related scientific function in Pharma industry.
Experience in cooperation with stakeholders on a global level within the organization.
Effective delivery of objectives in a complex environment.
Ability to deal with rapid change and multitasking.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in a cross-functional matrix environment.
Fluent English (oral and written) is required.
Nice to have:
Experience with biosimilar therapeutic area
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Pay range (monthly salary): 24 442- 38 408 gross
Variable compensation:
- Annual performance-based bonus: 18%
