Job description

Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to drive marketing strategy and execution, increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and market share for Hitachi, Ltd. within this critical market.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the DACH market, aligning with global marketing objectives.
* Manage and execute integrated marketing programs across various channels, including digital marketing, events, public relations, content marketing, and sales enablement.
* Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the DACH region.
* Collaborate closely with local sales teams to ensure marketing activities support sales objectives and drive pipeline growth.
* Manage the DACH marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI.
* Oversee localization of global marketing materials and develop region-specific content to resonate with the DACH audience.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and industry associations.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Represent Hitachi at industry events, conferences, and seminars within the DACH region.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional marketing role focusing on the DACH market.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
* Strong understanding of the DACH business landscape, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
* Demonstrated experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and PR.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel frequently within the DACH region and occasionally internationally.
