¿Te interesa el mundo de Supply Chain y Producción? Buscamos un/a estudiante o recién graduado/a que quiera aprender y desarrollarse en una función clave dentro de la cadena de suministro, trabajando en contacto con los equipos de Entrega, Compras, NPD y Fábrica.
¿Qué harás?
📊 Seguimiento de Producción
- Recopilar datos de producción para monitorear el progreso frente al programa de fabricación.
- Preparar informes y presentaciones para reuniones diarias de planificación.
- Identificar posibles desviaciones o retrasos en el programa semanal.
🗂️ Gestión de Datos Maestros
- Apoyar en la actualización de datos maestros en el ERP (lead times, BOMs, etc.).
- Asegurar la precisión de los datos utilizados para la planificación de inventario.
📦 Gestión de Inventario
- Colaborar en el monitoreo de niveles de stock y stock de seguridad.
- Generar informes para detectar posibles faltas o excesos de inventario.
- Apoyar en la categorización inicial de artículos (ABC).
🚀 Proyectos y NPI (Nuevos Productos)
- Dar soporte en el seguimiento de hitos de nuevos desarrollos.
- Organizar y documentar reuniones interdepartamentales relacionadas con nuevos productos o cambios regulatorios.
🔍 Análisis y Documentación
- Participar en análisis de causa raíz de incidencias sencillas de la cadena de suministro.
- Mantener actualizada la documentación de los procedimientos de planificación.
¿Qué buscamos?
✅ Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Administración de Empresas, Logística o campo relacionado.
✅ Interés profundo en la Cadena de Suministro y la Planificación de la Producción.
✅ Conocimiento básico o manejo intermedio de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas básicas).
✅ Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y con plazos ajustados.
✅ Proactividad, atención al detalle y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
