人事オペレーション システム担当（アナリスト）- コーポレート職

社員の入社から退職までのライフサイクル全般を担う人事オペレーションチームにおいて、システム担当として業務改革（BPR）およびHRテクノロジー導入を推進します。社内システムの導入・改善をリードし、関係部門や外部ベンダーと連携しながら、業務効率化・品質向上・データ活用の高度化を実現する役割を担います。

◆具体的な業務内容
・人事オペレーション業務で使用するシステム／ツールの選定・導入支援  
・新規システム導入・改修に伴う要件整理および関係部門との調整  
・導入後のユーザートレーニングおよび定着化支援  
・外部ベンダーとの折衝、進捗管理、品質管理  

◆望ましい経験・スキル(WANT)
 ・システムの開発、またはシステム導入～運用保守までの一貫した経験
 ・PwoerAutomate、RPA、AI等での業務改善の経験
 ・人事領域での業務、業務改善の経験
 ・システム開発、製品カスタマイズ（言語不問）
