assist with participant-facing study coordination, including booking visits, liaising with research participants and carers, and coordinating study-related appointments
support research financial administration, including procurement, UniBuy orders, consumables, reimbursements, invoice processing, and tracking study-related expenditure
assist with day-to-day laboratory and study operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining study materials, and supporting smooth delivery of active research projects.
About you
experience in research administration within a higher education or research-intensive environment
demonstrated experience coordinating research projects and supporting grant applications
experience in managing and analysing research data and reporting outcomes
knowledge of research policies, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of training and experience
