Salary: $190,000 - $250,000 + Meaningful Equity

Revive Recruitment is partnering with an exciting early-stage AI startup that's transforming healthcare through agentic AI. This is a rare opportunity to become the company's first dedicated Product Manager, taking ownership of the entire product function and playing a pivotal role in shaping both the product strategy and customer experience from the ground up.

What You'll Do ● Own the product roadmap across multiple AI-powered healthcare products from

concept through to launch. ● Work directly with enterprise customers, leading onboarding, managing relationships

and gathering feedback to shape future product development. ● Write clear product requirements and specifications that enable engineering teams to

execute efficiently. ● Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Customer Success to deliver

high-impact features. ● Prioritise product initiatives, manage competing priorities and drive projects through

to completion. ● Identify risks early, communicate progress effectively and ensure stakeholders

remain aligned. ● Play a key role in defining product strategy while helping establish product

management processes as the business scales.

What You'll Have ● 6+ years' Product Management experience with ownership of end-to-end product

delivery. ● Strong background within B2B SaaS products, working with enterprise customers. ● Experience developing product roadmaps, writing detailed product specifications and

delivering successful software products. ● Previous experience within a structured technology environment where you've

developed strong product management fundamentals. ● Comfortable working directly with customers, managing expectations and translating

feedback into product improvements.

 

 

● A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to create structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Experience working alongside engineering teams building AI or modern software

products is highly desirable.
