Job Vacancy: ICU Nurse (Private Hospital)

Working Hours: 

3 Rotating shifts (as per roster schedule)

Reporting To: Nurse Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Critical Care Nursing

Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor patients vital signs and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

1. Patient Monitoring & Safety

Observe and assess patient conditions continuously during shifts.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
Escalate abnormal findings to the Nurse Manager or attending physician.

1. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
Follow hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives when required.

1. Team Collaboration

Work closely with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Support handover processes to ensure continuity of care.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
Proven experience working as an ICU Nurse in a hospital setting.
Comfortable working rotating shifts based on roster schedule.
Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Critical Care) is an added advantage.
Strong team player with initiative, agility, and perseverance.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM 13,000 – RM 16,000
