Main Accountabilities
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers and colleagues as technical service representative
- Manage warranty claims, investigate product failures, and drive sustainable corrective actions
- Make technical and commercial decisions while managing warranty costs
- Drive customer satisfaction and identify business opportunities through technical work
- Conduct field and service-station product inspections and failure investigations as required
- Visit customers to present and promote Accelleron’s technical solutions
- Deliver technical training to customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with the global technical service organization and contribute to Continuous Product Improvement projects
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as marine or mechanical engineering
- Strong written and spoken English skills are required
- Knowledge of engines or the maritime industry is an advantage
- Minimum of three years’ work experience
