Job Summary:
Manages warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, safety, and team performance. Provides hands-on leadership to ensure warehouse activities are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Maintains primary accountability for operational execution, inventory accuracy, and coordination with internal partners to sustain standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manages daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities.
Leads, coaches, and evaluates warehouse staff, establishing expectations for productivity, accuracy, and safety.
Oversees inventory accuracy through cycle count programs, discrepancy resolution, and stock rotation practices.
Ensures accurate order fulfillment by overseeing picking, packing, verification, and documentation processes.
Maintains warehouse organization, cleanliness, and layout to support safe and efficient operations.
Coordinates with internal teams on inventory availability, order issues, and delivery planning.
Oversees safe operation and maintenance tracking of warehouse equipment and vehicles.

Education Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
7–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations required.
3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.
