Position Summary

This role will support enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, focusing primarily on campaign execution, event coordination, and cross‑functional partnership. You will help bring ideas to life digitally and in-club, ensuring these experiences show up cohesively, creatively, and on time.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing Support — Execute short‑ and long‑range marketing objectives across retail, brand, and experiential marketing. 
  • Campaign Coordination — Support planning, channel alignment, and deployment of marketing tactics within budget parameters for timely release. 
  • Cross‑Functional Intake — Partner with category leads, brand teams, and creative partners to ensure details are accurately captured and represented across promotional assets, activities, and photoshoots. 
  • Social & Influencer Support — Contribute to social content strategy, asset needs, and influencer activations in collaboration with the social media team. 
  • Event Planning & Coordination Assistance — Help manage logistics, signage, and on‑site execution. 
  • Performance Analysis — Produce post‑mortem recaps capturing creative assets, engagement metrics, benchmarks, and insights to inform future strategies. 
  • E‑commerce Optimization — Work with e‑commerce team to ensure product pages and new item setups are optimized for engagement, clarity, and conversion. 
  • Brand Consistency — Support brand marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment across channels and touchpoints.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Years of Experience 2+ years of marketing experience across retail, brand, e‑commerce, or related experience supporting diverse marketing channels  
  • Passion for health, wellness, and brand building 
  • Positive energy and strong internal/external brand representation 
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; basic Adobe CS experience preferred 
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and event marketing 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across teams 
  • Clear, effective communication 
  • Ability to navigate fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
  • Enthusiasm about our in-office culture of collaboration with a willingness to work from our Chanhassen, MN headquarters
