[What the role is]
[LTA-PT] SENIOR/EXECUTIVE, FLEET MANAGEMENT[What you will be working on]
As Senior/Executive, Fleet Management, you will support the long-term performance, value, and governance of LTA’s bus fleet by coordinating asset lifecycle administration, facilitating smooth fleet transitions, and maintaining accurate asset data and financial records. The role facilitates effective coordination across Public Transport Operators (PTOs), internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to support sustainable fleet planning and the delivery of reliable public transport outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
A. Bus Fleet Administration
Maintain administrative oversight of bus fleet movements between PTOs arising from service variations, transition spares, and operational contingencies.
Serve as the primary point of contact between LTA divisions and PTOs for bus fleet transfer and operational matters.
Track and update bus transfer status, ensuring timely communication of relevant updates to operators and internal stakeholders.
Compile and maintain records of temporary spares allocations, displaced buses, and transitional fleet arrangements.
Act as the main point of contact for data verification and data entry in the Bus Maintenance Management System.
Support Bus Contract Transition activities, manpower mobilisation, and divisional initiatives as required.
B. Administrative Support to Deputy Director’s Office
Manage the Deputy Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate administrative arrangements such as meeting room bookings.
Provide administrative support to the Director’s office when required.
Coordinate other administrative matters, including requisition support for office supplies, welfare-related arrangements, and general office administration.
C. Project Management Office (PMO) Support
Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office, including payment requests, document submissions, service request administration, and related coordination matters.
Facilitate invoice processing and payment support for bus asset operations and related activities.
Coordinate system walkthroughs, data verification exercises, and one-time system checks with vendors and internal users.
Extract, compile, and validate asset data for reporting, audits, and internal reviews.
Act as an administrative liaison between operational users and system vendors on asset data clarifications and issue follow-ups.

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for asset management and public transportation excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:
Educational Background: Knowledge in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronic, Computer, or equivalent).
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience or internship exposure in asset management, maintenance planning, or a related field will have an added advantage.
Skills and Attributes:

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with asset management records, tracking, and
documentation.
