We’re seeking a commercially astute, strategically minded Senior Procurement Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of direct materials, consumables and operational categories that underpin performance across both our AutoGlass and Glazing divisions.
This is a high‑visibility role for a strong business partner who can challenge thinking, influence stakeholders and turn procurement strategy into measurable business value.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will shape and execute category strategies that strengthen supplier performance, drive innovation, mitigate risk and deliver sustainable value. You’ll leverage Belron’s global procurement capability while partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to support business growth.

Key Focus Areas
Lead 3–5‑year category strategies across direct materials, consumables and equipment
Drive strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations and supplier governance
Identify market trends, innovations and value‑creation opportunities
Build strong supplier partnerships and lead Quarterly Business Reviews
Influence stakeholders through data‑driven insights and commercial recommendations
Strengthen risk management, supply continuity, ESG and responsible sourcing
About You
You’re a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder influence and a passion for unlocking value beyond traditional cost savings. You enjoy challenging the status quo, solving complex problems and partnering with suppliers to deliver innovation and operational excellence.
