Job Objective

Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients, leading the implementation, adoption, and enhancement of RGA's digital underwriting solutions. Partner with clients, Business Development, and cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery, client value, and commercialization while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Solution Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and adoption of RGA's digital underwriting solutions with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful delivery and long-term client partnerships.
• Partner with Business Development on client presentations, demonstrations, solution design, onboarding, and implementation activities.
• Drive solution adoption by aligning client needs with product capabilities and identifying opportunities to enhance client value and business outcomes.
• Gather client feedback and market insights to support solution enhancements and continuous improvement.

Project Leadership & Governance

• Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, and external vendors to deliver digital solutions successfully.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.
• Provide regular progress updates, recommendations, and implementation insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Champion project management, client engagement, and implementation best practices to support consistent delivery outcomes.

Risk, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, enterprise policies, and data protection standards.
• Establish and maintain effective governance controls that support scalability, operational resilience, compliance, and risk management.
• Stay current on industry trends, digital underwriting developments, and emerging client needs to support innovation and continuous improvement.
   

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, consulting, project delivery, or client-facing solutions roles within financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, vendors, and external clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and clients.
• Experience managing digital solution implementations, business transformation programs, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Strong project management, governance, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to support client adoption, solution commercialization, and business growth objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of underwriting, insurance, reinsurance, or digital underwriting solutions would be advantageous.
