Weekend Shift -- The role is based in our Ashland, Virginia Distribution Center and is Full Time, Weekend Shift Forklift Driver position. The schedule for the role is Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 7:00am – 7:30pm. (Plus OT)Compensation
The wage is $20.00. This includes a $2.00 shift differential.Overview

Responsibilities
- Safely perform warehouse tasks while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
- Pull merchandise from storage locations using Order Filling equipment
- Put merchandise away from Receiving to storage locations using a High Reach Forklift equipment
- Load, unload, pick, pack, replenish, put away, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse technology.
- Ensure accurate product movement and inventory transactions.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any safety or operational concerns.
- Follow company policies, OSHA requirements, and all applicable regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate issues to leadership and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Skill and Ability:
- Able to operate held RF scanner or other devices associated with Warehouse Management System
- Able to meet safety, quality, productivity and attendance requirements
- Able to lift up to 25-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift, stack, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able and willing to work overtime when required
- Able to operate material handling equipment
