Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Establish, optimize, and sustain equipment process conditions and technologies to support stable semiconductor manufacturing operations.
- Upgrade process capability, improve equipment performance, reduce production cost, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Set up, maintain, and optimize process parameters for a variety of semiconductor assembly and inspection equipment.
- Lead abnormal event analysis, troubleshooting, root cause investigation, corrective actions, and preventive improvement activities to reduce recurrence and production impact.
- Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment, materials, automation solutions, and engineering technologies to support capacity expansion, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement.
- Utilize AI-powered monitoring, predictive analytics, and equipment health indicators to improve equipment reliability, identify early warning signals, and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted engineering tools to support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical documentation, knowledge management, meeting preparation, and action item follow-up.
- Analyze equipment, process, maintenance, and manufacturing data using AI-driven insights to identify performance trends, risk patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, IT, automation, and data science teams to deploy AI-enabled solutions that enhance productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and smart manufacturing capability.
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating AI technologies, digital tools, automation concepts, and data-driven decision-making into equipment maintenance, process control, and engineering workflows.
Education, Experience & Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment engineering, ideally within a semiconductor manufacturing setting.
- Experience in production line integration, manufacturing operations, or material management is preferred.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
