Location: Danbury, CT On-site (Some Travel Required)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM) Onsite
Archway Dental Partners is a rapidly growing, multi-state dental organization seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this individual will play an important role in supporting the organization’s continued growth by attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent across clinical and non-clinical functions.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy building relationships with all teams. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiter will help execute recruiting strategies, support workforce planning, analyze recruiting metrics, coordinate recruiting vendors, and continuously improve the hiring process.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, relationship-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience while effectively managing multiple open positions across a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across multiple states.
- Manage and maintain job postings across all recruiting platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, branding, and optimization while consistently auditing postings.
- Partner with hiring managers, operational leadership, clinical leadership, and the Human Resources team to understand hiring needs, workforce priorities, and recruiting strategies.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding activities, and pre-employment requirements.
- Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources and Finance team to monitor recruiting KPIs, workforce metrics, and hiring trends, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and vacancy reporting.
- Assist in preparing recruiting dashboards and reports.
- Support relationships with recruiting agencies, dental schools, universities, job boards, and other recruiting vendors while helping evaluate vendor effectiveness and return on investment.
- Partner with Marketing to support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and social media recruiting initiatives.
- Represent Archway Dental Partners at career fairs, networking events, dental schools, and other recruiting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Stay current on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Support additional Human Resources initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, dental, multi-site, or another fast-paced, service-oriented organization.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting preferred.
- Healthcare or dental recruiting experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as business needs require.
