UX Design Specialist

Summary of the role:

We are looking for a Experience Designer to help create seamless and meaningful travel experiences across the travel ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with airports, airlines, and other partners to simplify complex processes, improve satisfaction, and deliver measurable improvements.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead projects from discovery to implementation that enhance customer and staff experiences.
• Design and improve journeys for passengers and staff across both physical and digital touchpoints.
• Plan and facilitate workshops that bring together customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Conduct research and observations to uncover opportunities and translate findings into practical solutions.
• Create clear experience strategies, service blueprints, and journey maps.
• Use data and feedback to guide decisions and measure improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to integrate user-focused design into solutions.
• Provide guidance and share best practices in service design and user experience.

Your Profile:

• Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., CAST Terminal Simulation) is an asset but not required.

• Significant experience in service design, UX design, customer experience, or related fields.
• Experience managing projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of journey mapping, human-centered design, and design thinking principles.
• Skilled in using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Comfortable presenting ideas to different audiences and leading workshops.
• Experience in the travel, transportation, or related industries is an advantage.
