Project Manager

The Project Manager, initiates, manages and drives projects and activities into a successful execution and completion on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies and project management principles, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-phase projects.For projects this will follow BCAM-X project milestones and gates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

• Define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team across organizations.

•  Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively. Track project expenditures and maintain cost control.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.

SKILLS /COMPETENCIES

Hard Skills:

• Experience in project management

• Solid knowledge of semiconductor technology

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Good MS Office knowledge

Soft Skills:

• Resilient and assertive

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to manage complex technical problems

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects

• 8-10 years of experience of project management preferable in semiconductor industry

• Strong track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• PMP/PMI or Prince2 certification will be an added advantage
