Coordinate with internal product, development, services, and support teams to deliver integration solutions and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Manage a portfolio of 30+ integrations simultaneously, providing proactive communication, expectation management, and follow-up on open items.
Create, maintain, and prioritize Jira tickets, user stories, defects, and implementation tasks to ensure accurate backlog visibility and workflow management.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities while tracking progress and identifying potential risks or delivery blockers.
Provide clear, professional status updates and facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in customer-facing service delivery, project coordination, implementation support, business analysis, technical operations, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external customers.
Proven technical project management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts, issues, and requirements into simple, understandable language for non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on open items, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborative working style with the ability to coordinate effectively across product, development, support, services, and customer stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Jira for ticket tracking, backlog management, and workflow coordination.
- 2-3 years of process ownership, project ownership, or implementation management experience.
- Experience working in a customer-facing SaaS, software, technology, or professional services environment.
