YOUR ROLE AS A :
The Senior Executive – Regulatory Affairs is responsible for ensuring the airline complies with all applicable aviation regulations, statutory requirements, and government policies in India. The role supports regulatory approvals, licensing, audits, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement with aviation authorities to ensure uninterrupted airline operations and regulatory compliance.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, circulars, and directives issued by DGCA, BCAS, AAI, Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), and other relevant authorities.
- Monitor changes in aviation laws and regulatory requirements and assess operational impacts.
- Support implementation of regulatory policies and internal compliance procedures.
- Maintain regulatory compliance records and documentation.
Regulatory Approvals & Licensing:
- Coordinate applications, renewals, amendments, and approvals for airline operating permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation to government authorities.
- Track submission status and follow up on pending approvals.
- Ensure timely renewal of statutory licenses and operational certificates.
Audit & Compliance Monitoring:
- Coordinate regulatory inspections and audits conducted by DGCA, BCAS, and other authorities.
- Support preparation of audit documentation and evidence.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions arising from audit findings.
- Assist departments in maintaining ongoing compliance.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelors Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills (other languages are a plus!).
- 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs or Government Relations
