BA with Data Analyst

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Analyst with a focus on data analysis. In this position, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs and translating them into actionable insights through data.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic planning.Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings and recommendations.RequirementsProven experience in business analysis and data analysis.Strong proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Nice to haveExperience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
