Job Description
Our immigration compliance team located in Prague, Czech Republic, is seeking a part-time immigration assistant/trainee.
Vialto navigate clients through complex governmental regulations and rapidly changing immigration laws and help foreign workers and their family members in fulfilling their legal obligations towards the immigration and labor authorities.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
You will provide administrative support to the immigration compliance team.
You will accompany clients to the immigration authorities and assist them with all formalities related to the legalization of their residence and employment in the Czech Republic.
Communication with clients and other Vialto offices.
Qualifications
No prior experience required.
Native speaker / Proficiency in Czech and communicative level in English.
Interest in long-term cooperation (preferably 5 hours per week).
Time flexibility, ability to react quickly to changes in schedule during the working day.
Pleasant attitude and willingness to deal directly with authorities and clients
Attention to detail.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
