Location: Arlington, VA Metro (22202 & surrounding)
Employment: Full-Time | Hourly, Non-Exempt (OT Eligible)
Pay Rate Up To: $20.00 per hour
Work Type: On-Site | In-Home Childcare
Hours of Availability Required: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Role Summary
Jovie Childcare, in partnership with Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing, is seeking experienced caregivers for Emergency / Backup In-Home Childcare supporting infants through preschool-aged children (birth-5 years). This role requires flexibility for short-notice or same-day assignments during the 7:00 AM-7:00 PM coverage window in rotating family homes.
Schedule
- Available to work between the hours of: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Typical shifts ~8 hours

Requirements (Must Have)
- 2+ years professional childcare experience (infant-5)
- Private in home care experience is a plus
- Professional and character references
- CPR/First Aid (or willing)
- Reliable car | Active auto insurance
- Willing to travel 45-60 minutes or within 35 miles
- Pet-friendly; no pet allergies
- Comfortable with emergency / short-notice care
- Available to work between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
