Why We Hire
As our company continues to experience significant growth and diversification, there is a need to improve planning and operational efficiency in the area of human resources. We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for a wide range of labor relations initiatives.
Position Details
・Consultation regarding labor issues
(e.g., Individual labor-related consultations, Harassment response, Handling of labor issues, Coordination with legal advisors and handling of labor-related lawsuits, etc.)
・Participation in team-specific projects as well as cross-team, departmental, and company-wide projects, including project management
(e.g., responding to inquiries from the field regarding other departments' projects or guideline reviews, assessing and providing feedback on labor risks as a company, etc.)
Mandatory Qualifications:
・Basic knowledge of labor law
・At least 10 years of experience in labor relations in Japan
・Experience in HR in a business company which has more than 1,000 employees
・Management experience (including people management)
Desired Qualifications:
・Project management experience
・High level of communication skills
・Ability to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
