Description
Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST2
Salary: £38,849.56 per annum
Employment Type: Full time
Service: Residential Children's Home
Service Users: Young people with complex needs, cared for through trauma-informed practice
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards completion); Level 5 Leadership & Management desirable
Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in residential childcare
Who we are looking for: 🌟 A resilient, motivated Team Leader who can lead shifts confidently and support the team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care in line with individual care plans. You'll provide supervision and guidance to residential care staff, contribute to the development and review of care plans, and support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager with daily operations. Strong safeguarding knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act as a role model are essential, along with a full UK driving licence and the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
