GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Northwest Region Service General Manager is responsible for growing and managing a team of qualified sales people through training and leadership. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and skilled at building long-term relationships with clients and internal employees. If you are an independent, entrepreneurial minded leader who can build a qualified team, and effectively manage and coach the team to success, this may be a position for you.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the daily operations and growth of the Yesco Service Offices within the Northwest region
- Oversee the training and performance of all employees in those offices
- Coach your sales team and technicians to ensure that customers receive the best possible service experience
- Manage inventory using preferred vendors to ensure parts are ordered and available as needed
- Coordinate with YESCO’s corporate resources as needed to solve problems and challenges that may arise daily
- Directly responsible for financial planning and P&L performance

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:

An undergraduate or Master’s degree in business and/or five or more years of relevant experience involving demonstrated abilities in sales, construction, and business management; or any combination of training, education and experience which provides the following knowledge, abilities, and skills.
- Business management experience
- Supervisory skills and management of employees
- An extroverted entrepreneurial leader with vision, drive, leadership competency, integrity and loyalty
- Sales experience with effective negotiation skills
- Sign industry and/or background as an electrician (helpful, but not required)
- Experience in leading a team and coaching employees
- Cooperation, emotional intelligence, and empathy
- Ability to make wise decisions, plan effectively and communicate professionally
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to travel infrequently
- Must be able to occasionally load and unload parts and material
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets
