Collins Aerospace is looking for a Program Manager to support the Aftermarket Licensing programs within Aftermarket Technical Services (AMTS).

This position will be onsite in Chula Vista, CA.

What You Will Do

  • Provide day‑to‑day program management oversight for licensed programs ensuring successful execution of all contractual and technical obligations

  • Coordinate directly with customers and licensees to manage milestones, deliverables, and routine communications, maintaining alignment with licensing agreements and program expectations

  • Serve as the focal for case management across Collins MROs, providing timely technical guidance, repair support, and issue resolution

  • Lead cross‑functional coordination with AMTS, Spares, Warehouse, CAE, AMP, Licensing, and one‑off repair engineering teams to ensure cohesive and proactive program execution

  • Manage contractual compliance of global MRO network licensees through planning, scheduling, and conducting on‑site audits, ensuring adherence to licensing requirements and IP protection standards

  • Facilitate creation, routing, and oversight of Internal Work Authorizations (IWAs) and purchase orders to support engineering efforts and licensed repair development

  • Conduct research within Team Center and the Collins/Airbus portals to access engineering manuals, specifications, and aftermarket documentation required to support licensed programs

  • Monitor program performance and drive issue tracking, corrective action coordination, and continuous improvement activities to ensure high-quality customer support and operational excellence

  • Develop, maintain, and present monthly customer scorecards focused on IP protection, quality, operations, communication, quarterly reporting, and payment performance

  • Manage program-level forecasting, budget activities, and monthly reporting of Cost of Non‑Performance (CoNP) across assigned licensed programs

  • Prepare and lead program leadership reviews with internal and external licensees, ensuring cadence alignment with licensing agreements and communication of program health and priorities

  • Support development and maturation of GSE/MRO License programs and processes, contributing to improved efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction

  • Respond proactively to customer inquiries ensuring delivery of best‑in‑class service levels

  • Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally to support licensee audits, technical reviews, customer meetings, and program execution needs

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  •  Experience working directly with licensed repair programs, MRO networks, or global aftermarket service providers

  • Familiarity with nacelle systems across multiple platforms, including 787, A350, A320 NEO, A220, and E2

  • Strong understanding of licensing agreements, intellectual property protection requirements, and compliance processes

  • Demonstrated experience conducting on‑site audits, supplier assessments, or compliance reviews in an aerospace or regulated environment

  • Background supporting cost management, forecasting, or financial reporting for technical or aftermarket programs

  • Experience developing program scorecards, dashboards, or performance metrics for customers or suppliers

  • Strong ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, commercial, and customer-support teams

  • Ability to interpret and apply aircraft maintenance manuals, service bulletins, specifications, and repair station requirements

  • Lean or continuous improvement training or certifications

  • Demonstrated success supporting global customers and navigating cultural, regulatory, and technical differences across regions

  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously

  • Experience presenting technical content or program status to senior leadership, external customers, or licensee management teams

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
