A Day in Your Life at MKS
As an Emerging Talent Program Lead at MKS, you will partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and business leaders to execute and continuously improve our global internship and early-career programs across Europe, and India. In this role, you will report to the Global Manager, Emerging Talent. Working closely with colleagues across Europe, India, and the Americas, you will help drive a globally connected emerging talent strategy while adapting to regional needs and priorities. You will play a key role in creating a consistent, engaging, and scalable experience for interns while helping build future talent pipelines that support MKS' long-term growth.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Leading the execution of MKS' global internship and emerging talent programs across Europe, and India, including onboarding, intern engagement, performance evaluations, final presentations, surveys, and conversion activities.
• Partnering with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Coordinators, and Human Resources teams to monitor hiring progress, support recruiting activities, and ensure successful program execution across more than 15 countries. • Developing and executing university engagement, employer branding, and campus recruiting strategies across Europe and India while building relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations.
• Driving intern-to-full-time conversion efforts by partnering with recruiters and business leaders to identify talent, track outcomes, and support offer execution.
• Tracking and reporting key program metrics, including hiring funnel health, conversion rates, event effectiveness, and intern satisfaction, while providing recommendations to improve results.
• Serving as a key liaison between global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring effective communication, project coordination, and execution of emerging talent initiatives worldwide.
• Travel Requirements: less than 15% travel may be required.
Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in campus recruiting, emerging talent, talent acquisition, program management, or a related Human Resources function.
• Experience managing internship, co-op, or early-career programs across multiple countries, regions, or business units.
• Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and Human Resources stakeholders to execute intern and early-career hiring initiatives, including intern conversion activities.
• Skilled in project and program management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience using recruiting and program metrics to identify trends, measure success, and improve outcomes.
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies; Workday experience strongly preferred.
