Description
Senior Software Engineer
Security Journey is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing development team adding and updating features on its Enterprise AI Training and Capability Platform. We work as a close-knit team, utilizing generative AI to enhance our hard-won software development skills and enabling us to work effectively across all layers of the platform.
Tech we use:
- A wide variety of LLM models, harnesses, and tools
- AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Postgres
- Go, Rails, Kafka, some Python
- React (TypeScript)
We are looking for:
- 5 or more years practical development experience, especially on the backend
- Excellent understanding of software engineering best practices along with a strong desire to produce excellent code that is secure, maintainable, and scaleable
- High level of ability to engage with product management, customer support, and clients to understand problems and collaborate on solutions
- Ability to work well both individually and in the team context
- Cybersecurity interest or experience
- Experience with microservices or other service-based distributed systems
