Your Role:

The FAST Lead is a functional leader within the Finance Application Systems Transformation (FAST) organization, accountable for designing, operating, and continuously improving finance application and finance master data capabilities in Procure to Pay (P2P) within J.D. Edwards (JDE).

What you'll be doing:

• Lead end to end P2P system enablement, including Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring alignment with finance policies, controls, and operational requirements
• Own system enablement for supplier-related processes (excluding Supplier/Vendor master data ownership), ensuring data integrity and process efficiency
• Manage and optimize accruals, liabilities, and P2P-related close dependencies to support accurate and timely financial close
• Oversee third-party system integrations (e.g., Coupa, Concur), ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with finance requirements
• Translate business needs into functional system requirements and configurations, working closely with IT and external vendors 
• Provide L2 functional support for P2P systems, including incident management, defect triage, root cause analysis, and validation of fixes
• Drive resolution of system defects and enhancements, improving stability, reducing manual intervention, and enhancing user experience

Depending on assignment, a FAST Analyst may be accountable for one or more of the following domains:

• Accounting to Report (A2R / Close): GL, close, valuation, FX, intercompany, transfer pricing, and costing system enablement
• Procure to Pay (P2P): AP, accruals, liabilities, and P2P related close dependencies
• Order to Cash (O2C): AR, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue impacting configurations
• Finance Master Data Enablement: Enablement and control of finance relevant attributes (e.g., GL structures, accounting attributes, reference data) aligned to Enterprise MDM standards
• SOX & Controls: Finance application security, access, segregation of duties, and audit support

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 8–12 years of experience in finance systems, JDE enablement, or finance transformation roles
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), including Accounts Payable, accruals, liabilities, and related close dependencies
• Hands-on experience with JDE finance modules and third-party integrations such as Coupa and Concur
• Ability to configure and enable finance systems to support supplier-related workflows and business requirements
• Experience providing L2 functional support, including incident management, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and validation of fixes
• Understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, internal controls, and compliance expectations for finance processes
• Ability to communicate system issues, financial impacts, priorities, and resolution plans clearly to Finance, Procurement, IT, and vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex P2P system issues and prevent recurring defects
• Ability to identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual workarounds, and improve system stability
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with an ownership mindset, attention to data accuracy, and experience in global or matrixed environments preferred
• Fluent English
