This position is responsible for conducting pre-operative inspection of the facility. Other duties include: inspect and audit products for adherence of Tyson and USDA guidelines; conduct necessary testing, inspection, and monitoring of activities associated with production; monitor finished boxed product for compliance; document record keeping activities; monitor and insure compliance with plant HACCP and SSOP programs; assist in special projects; perform other duties assigned by the shift supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent; college a plus.
Experience: 1 year QA experience
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to pull, push, lift and carry 40 lb or more repeatedly when required.
