Job Description

1. 优化生产流程：
分析当前生产流程，提出改进建议以提高效率，防止错误，降低成本。
- 使用工业工程工具（如时间研究、操作研究）来分析过程。
2. 设备与工具管理：
协助评估生产设备和工具的数量，确保满足生产需求。
3. 生产线布局与设计：
根据产品需求设计和布局生产线，确保生产流程顺畅。
- 支持生产线布局图的开发及持续改进。
4. 数据收集与分析：
收集生产数据，进行统计分析，识别瓶颈，并提出改进方案。
- 使用数据分析工具（如Excel、Minitab）来处理和分析数据。
5. 制定标准操作程序：
支持标准操作程序（SOPs）的制定和更新，确保生产流程的标准化。
- 培训或指导生产员工，确保他们理解并遵守标准作业程序（SOP）。
6. 部门间合作：
-与其他生产、质量、研发部门协调,...以确保生产计划顺利执行。
- 参与新产品推出（NPI）流程，提供工业技术支持
