About the role
Reporting to a Maintenance Team Leader, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned, outage and breakdown maintenance activities across a diverse range of electrical plant and equipment. Based onsite at Bayswater Power Station, this role is 4-days a week, Tuesday to Friday.
Working within a multi-disciplinary maintenance team, you'll apply your technical experience to diagnose faults, troubleshoot equipment issues and support plant reliability, availability and operational performance. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a complex industrial environment where safety, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the centre of everything we do.
What You Will be Doing
Perform routine, outage and breakdown electrical maintenance on power station plant and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to support plant reliability and availability.
Interpret technical drawings, manuals and documentation.
Conduct risk assessments and safety checks.
Maintain records using SAP and maintenance systems.
Support apprentices through coaching and training.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Electrical Trade Certificate.
Experience in power generation, heavy industry, manufacturing or similar environment.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
